1.) How do I order my own case?
To order your own case, click "Made to Order Cases" and select the theme you would like! Thoroughly read the description of the listing as it explains exactly how to order and what is included in your order. Depending on what you want, you may need to purchase additional upgrades, so I suggest checking out our listing for case upgrades! From there, select your phone model and leave required information in the notes to seller box at checkout!
2.) Do you ship world wide?
Yes!
3.) Do you make cases for my phone model?
I can make a case for any phone model assuming it is a smart phone! If you don't see your phone model in the drop down list please select "other" and leave your device model in the notes. If you are still unsure please message me.
4.) Do you make iPod, iPad, Nintendo DS, or laptop cases?
Yes! If you are interested in a laptop, DS, iPod, or iPad case please email me at [email protected] and I can give you a custom quote!
5.) What if I want a figure that you don't have in your shop?
Feel free to contact me if you want a figure on your case that I do not offer.
6.) When will I get my case & why haven't I heard anything since I placed my order?
Currently, all orders take 3-4 weeks to complete! I will send you a photo once your case is complete and ready to be shipped. Depending on where you live shipping takes a varied amount of time. In the US it should take 2-5 days, international shipping typically takes 1-2 weeks. If you need your custom case in a shorter amount of time than this, please do not order from me! I work on orders in the order I receive them, and I will not push yours to the front because it is not fair to other customers! If you absolutely need a case by a certain date, please take a look at my pre-made cases!
7.) Can you replicate this case?
I can replicate a case I have previously made, but it usually won't look exactly the same as the original case because of differences in phone models.
I don't make replicas of cases made by other people!
8.)What are your policies on refunds and exchanges?
If I have already begun working on your case, a full refund is not possible but a partial refund is possible depending on what stage I am on with the case. If you ordered a pre-made case or accessory, a full refund is possible as long as I haven't shipped it yet! If you would like a refund, please email me! I am always happy to give a full refund if possible, and a fair refund if a full refund is not possible!
9.) Do you accept returns?
I do not except returns unless there has been a mistake with the item you ordered such as wrong case size, broken upon arrival, etc. Please send an email to milkydecoshop.com if you would like to return your order.

10.) Why is the wait time so long?
A lot of back round work goes into each custom order, so I ask for a certain amount of time to complete your custom order. Almost every piece on your custom order needs to be handmade, and to ensure a high quality and attention to detail this processing time is essential. It may seem like a long time to wait for a purchase, but handmade items should not be rushed to ensure a high quality final product.
